A Wheelchair Drawer

It was a mere hag, weary but steady,

Drawing her olden spouse, grateful but doleful;

For remarks, bystanders were once again ready,

But their passion never subsided; they remained hopeful.

Suddenly, rain began to fall on the needy;

Out of the window, the fortunate took a coffee cupful;

In public, the couple alone turned into running, shiny water, never ending.
